1. Delivery Areas

MILANO COSMETICS delivers to Portugal and Spain, including mainland territories and islands.

2. Shipping Fees

Portugal — Mainland

  • Free shipping on orders of €75 or more.
  • Orders below €75 are subject to the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Spain — Mainland

  • Free shipping on orders of €100 or more.
  • Orders below €100 are subject to the shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Islands — Portugal & Spain

  • Shipping costs are calculated individually and displayed at checkout, depending on the destination and applicable delivery conditions.
  • Free mainland shipping thresholds do not automatically apply to island destinations unless expressly stated at checkout.

3. Delivery Times

All delivery times provided on the website or by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, public holidays, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Carrier Delays and Delivery Issues

Orders may be shipped through independent third-party courier or postal services.

MILANO COSMETICS does not control the operational activities, delivery schedules, routes, or internal procedures of these carriers and shall not be liable for delays or service disruptions attributable to them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

5. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

MILANO COSMETICS shall not be responsible for failed delivery attempts or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, where legally permitted.

6. Lost, Damaged or Missing Parcels

Customers should notify MILANO COSMETICS as soon as possible if an order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or has not been received.

Photographs of the parcel, packaging, and affected products may be requested to investigate the matter and submit a claim to the carrier.

Any reporting period is intended to facilitate investigation and shall not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

7. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Portuguese or European Union consumer protection legislation.
