DISCO TOP MILANO Disco Top is a decorative no-wipe glitter top coat from the Milano Effect Tops line. The clear gel is filled with gold or silver sparkles of different sizes that catch the light and give the manicure a festive, disco-ball shine.

It can be applied over dark shades for a bold, starry contrast, or over light and nude shades for a delicate, shimmering veil — ideal for festive looks, accent nails and New Year designs.
