Application Method

Prepare the natural nail plate.
Apply dehydrator or primer if necessary.
Apply a thin dry layer of flexible (rubber) base for better hold.
Apply a thin or leveling layer of PHOENIX BASE MILANO.
Cure in UV/LED lamp.
Finish with top coat.
